The burger joint debuted in 2002 as a secret venue inside the former Le Parker Meridien hotel (which has been transformed into the luxurious Thompson Central Park), and soon became a worldwide sensation. Hidden behind a floor-to-ceiling Wizard of Oz velvet red curtain in a hotel's lobby, a neon burger sign is all that denotes what lies beyond.

Flame broiled to your liking, comes with all the fixings. We use only the USDA Certified Prime Angus Beef, all natural without hormones.
After a huge success of the concept, a classic American burger with no seasoning but only the taste of the fresh juicy meat, the burger joint opened its second location in Industry City, in May 2017. Inside the sprawling Industry City Food Hall, along with other iconic restaurants, the burger joint IC is featuring the original menu items and extensive craft beer list.
The later addition of the speakeasy BJ Bar metamorphosed the vinyl booths into a cozy basement vibe sitting with couches and love seat sofas.
The Brooklyn burger joint venue offers handcrafted cocktails and a full bar, while watching games on TV or singing karaoke.
Following a great demand, we extended the burger joint family and burger joint at the Moynihan Food Hall was added. Located in the stunning new Moynihan Food Hall, we welcome everyday commuters, travelers, local residents and businesses. The Penn District tenants, and of course, visitors to Madison Square Garden and Theater goers. Come enjoy the freshly made burgers and share the great experience.
